These terms explain the basic conditions that apply when you use the MSB Riding Academy website, communicate with us by SMS, or participate in lessons, camps, clinics, or related equestrian services.
These Terms of Service apply to MSB Riding Academy, operated by MSB Equine Academy LLC, at 1024 Chilson Rd, Howell, MI 48843.

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Services
MSB Riding Academy provides horseback riding lessons, clinics, camps, and related equestrian services at our Howell, Michigan facility.
SMS communications
MSB Riding Academy sends SMS messages for lesson confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and general business communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
Carrier liability disclaimer
MSB Equine Academy LLC is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Age restriction
You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to SMS communications from MSB Riding Academy. Parents or legal guardians may opt in on behalf of minors enrolled in our programs.
Reservations and cancellations
Lessons must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations require 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.
Assumption of risk
Horseback riding is an inherently dangerous activity. By participating in any MSB Riding Academy program, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with equestrian activities in accordance with Michigan law.
Payments
Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable notice.
Limitation of liability
MSB Equine Academy LLC is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our services beyond what is required by applicable Michigan law.
Privacy policy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
